SITTING IS EVIL

 

It quietly attacks the hips, your posture, lower back, neck, glutes (a.k.a. your ass), and even the back of your thighs. Sitting is evil!

Everything seems to either tighten up after a while or you just feel so stiff. Sitting is evil!
